A truck driver was heading west on the Rickenbaker Causeway in Miami Monday, May 23, when two right rear tires came loose from his truck. One tumbled harmlessly into the parking lot of a business. The other crossed several lanes of traffic and hit two people out for their morning jog, hospitalizing one of them.
